We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

• It is possible to cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience. This policy applies to all reservations.
• The Cars Transportation service is non-refundable if guests have already utilized it and the tour is canceled due to inclement weather conditions
• In order to receive a full refund, cancellation of a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience, no refund or rescheduling will be granted, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including but not limited to health conditions, incorrect booking date, or the inability of one member of the group to participate in the tour.
• Requests for changes to a reservation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience will not be accommodated.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience is weather dependent and if it's canceled due to unfavorable conditions, alternative dates or a full refund will be provided.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

*The occurrence of this experience is contingent upon the approval of the Port Authority regarding the weather conditions. In the event that the Port Authority denies permission to commence the tour due to unfavorable weather conditions, such as significant waves or strong winds, alternative dates or a full refund shall be offered to the affected parties.

*Tours booked with DAY TRIP BALI PT may be subject to cancellation for various reasons, such as inclement weather, operational issues, or low enrollment. In such cases, DAY TRIP BALI PT reserves the right to cancel the tour and will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or offer a full refund to affected guests.

Day Trip Bali PT emphasizes the importance of guests obtaining personal insurance coverage for their vacation in Indonesia. This insurance should provide coverage for any potential injuries or losses that may occur during the tour. It is the responsibility of the guests to secure this insurance prior to the tour. Day Trip Bali PT shall not be held liable for any injuries or losses incurred during the tour. By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

DAY TRIP BALI against liability in respect of:

Accidental injury to person (s) The participant should be minimum 08 years old and maximum 70 years old.

During snorkeling activities guided by professional or certified person and shuttle service.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH CHARTERING/SNORKELING/DIVING, ETC, including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, acts of other participants, and adverse sea and weather conditions, and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE DUTY TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND I AGREE TO DO SO.

I assert that I am physically fit to ride on a boat and I will not hold the vessel and their employees, agents or other associated personnel responsible if I am injured as a result of ANY problems (medical, accidental or otherwise) which occur while chartering the boat or otherwise participating in the trip.

I fully understand that the vessel  has limited medical facilities and that in the event of illness or injury, appropriate care must be summoned by radio and treatment will be delayed until I can be transported to a proper medical facility.  I agree in advance to these conditions.

The vessel has made no representations to me, implied or otherwise, that they or their crew can or will perform safe rescues or render first aid.  In the event I show signs of distress or call for aid, I would like assistance and will not hold the vessel owner and their crew or passengers responsible for their actions in attempting the performance or rescue of first aid.

I agree to forever discharge and release the vessel owner and his employees and agents, and affiliates, from any and all responsibility or liability for any and all injuries or damages.  I agree NOT to make a claim against or sue any of the above parties for injuries or damages whether they arise or result from any NEGLIGENCE or other liability, EVEN IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE.  I further specifically agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties for any and all causes of action arising as a consequence of any incidents which might occur as a consequence of my participation in any  activities with or involving the released parties.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT, FROM THE DATE OF MY SIGNATURE, FOREVER INTO THE FUTURE.

In the event of loss or damage beyond repair to any rented equipment, including but not limited to snorkel masks, fins and snorkel, I agree to reimburse the cost of the lost or damaged beyond repair equipment as follows:
